Georgian Inn Beach Club acquires units from owners through foreclosures or deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Since we are not a timeshare developer, who has an immense marketing organization, we are able to offer our units for very LOW prices. Most of our efficiency units sell for $750.00 per week. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Penthouse Units and efficiency units during special event weeks and holiday weeks are a little more.
Closing cost is only $150 in most cases and is paid by the buyer.
Unfortunately we cannot offer financing, nor do we accept trade-ins of a unit you may currently own.
We have exchange affiliations with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International (II).
