Welcome to 802
This two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse has approximately 2,000 square feet The mood is elegant and welcoming.
In the living room, you'll find a generously proportioned armoire with a TV and DVD/VCR, opulent coffee tables, end tables and couch table. The family room is a bit smaller, but just as attractive and comfortable with a cozy fireplace and TV. In both rooms, you can relax in plush, upholstered chairs, as well as couches that can be converted into queen-size sofa beds.
The dining room has a china buffet and a large table with eight chairs; a second, smaller table with four chairs can be made into an additional dining table or it can be a game table for fun-filled card or board games for the whole family. There is a writing desk and chair where you can keep up with your postcards to friends and family at home, or you can use it to conveniently set up your laptop.
The bedrooms are well-appointed with beautiful queen-size sleigh beds, new pillow-top mattresses and ceiling fans. Tucked away in storage are two rollaway beds to accommodate extra guests.
The kitchen area is absolutely huge. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
The bathrooms are completely remodeled with towel bars, granite countertops with porcelain sinks, ornately framed mirrors above the vanities, and attractive lighting; one has a fully-tiled shower and one has a Jacuzzi-brand whirlpool tub.
There is a tremendous balcony that runs the entire length of the south building wing, giving you a wonderful view.
As a resident of 802, you and our 801 owners have exclusive use of the fabulous 8th floor rooftop sundeck.
